Test Patch - Laser Tattoo Removal
Service Description
You are booking a Test Patch session of Laser Tattoo Removal. If you have not had Laser Tattoo removal on the tattoo in question before, you will need to book this service first in order for us to test that are suitable for lasering. This is a free service that we provide in order to both test and discuss with you you laser tattoo removal needs. This service is available from aged 18 and upwards. We require Government issued Photographic ID such as Driving Licence or Passport. If you have already filled out a consent form you will not need to bring your ID. Cancellation Policy
Please note we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for the following: An appointment that is cancelled with less than 3 hours notice An appointment that is not attended/client does not show An appointment where the client is 10 or more minutes late An appointment that can not go ahead because client and/or parent can not provide the correct ID We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
