All items are shipped via Royal Mail. On request, we will email over a tracking code when your item has been posted.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150 *
* We are delighted to offer our customers complimentary tracked and signed delivery for orders over £150.00 within the UK. Our postage rates are listed below, specifying whether they are tracked, or tracked with signature upon delivery:

Standard 1st Class Signed For - £3.99. For all orders up to £100. Items have an estimated delivery of 2-3 working days (This excludes Sundays, Mondays & ALL public holidays). This option includes proof of posting and full tracking.

Special Tracked & Signed Delivery - £7.99. All orders from £100, up to £750. Full tracking is available, and a signature is required upon arrival. Items are usually delivered within 24 hours of posting (see our current opening days). Orders made on a Friday for this service will be sent with arrival due on the following Monday. Royal Mail can sometimes deliver Saturday, however this is not a guarantee.
Cancellation of Order
Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods. Orders may be changed or cancelled if we are notified by email, within 1 hour of ordering. To change or cancel please email info@onyxbodypiercing.co.uk
We reserve the right to cancel your order if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail. We will either credit your account to the method of original payment or a credit note. If your account is credited you should receive payment no later than ten working days.
Unwanted items
We offer either shop credit or a refund if the following criteria is met and understood:

The item or items are unopened, undamaged and in a as NEW condition.

Jewellery must be returned to us in its original autoclavable pouch, completely unopened and untampered with the void seal still in tact. Non-faulty returns, that have been worn and have the hygiene seal broken will NOT be refunded. They will be treated as worn and disposed of alongside our biohazard waste. Body jewellery or earrings do not automatically qualify for returns. This is due to health and hygiene standards covered by UK legislation.

Returns will be accepted if items are requested for return within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Postage with either tracked delivery or tracked with signature delivery is required to be used. This cost will be at the customers expense and it is the customers responsibility to cover the item or items value with apropriate insurance and proof of postage.

The return or refund amount will only be for the cost of the jewellery when purchased, and will NOT include the postage and packaging cost.
If the above criteria is met and the item or items are returned safe and in new, unopened condition, we will offer shop credit back to the original customer within 5-7 days. This can be in the form of shop credit or a refund if preferred.

Faulty items
All items will be subject to thorough checks and tests prior to shipping. However, on the rare occasion that there is a defect with your item, we would be happy to exchange or refund your item.
Any misuse or damage to the item (or items) including, but not limited to, damaged pins, broken hinges, irregular gem settings, distorted seam rings and scratches due to misuse during installation will result in a refund being forfeited. We reserve the right to make this assessment when receiving the return.
Any return requests of this type must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Please contact us at info@onyxbodypiercing.co.uk detailing the reason you are returning the item, alongside clear images detailing the fault or mistake. Providing that the refund request is made within 14 days of receipt of the item we will offer a store credit, refund or exchange within one week of receiving the item. Refunds will take around 5-7 working days to reach your account, once the refund process has been initiated. Onyx has no control over the amount of time it takes for the refund process to be completed.

Piercing fee only, offer doesn’t include jewellery and is valid on piercing across Saturday 1st, Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th, Friday 7th and Saturday 8th February 2025 only.

The offer is limited to products within the webshop. Discount does not apply to delivery, only the products themselves.
