Can I pickup my jewellery order from the studio?
Yes, when placing your booking for your jewellery you will be given the option to either pay for delivery, or collect for free from Onyx 11 Bridge Street, Walsall, England, WS1 1DP. If collecting, we ask you to book a suitable free jewellery consultation, as this allow us to focus on you and your jewellery order.
Can I book a piercing to go together with my jewellery order?
Yes, you are free to book a piercing service to fit the body jewellery that you have ordered for collection. We only ask that unless you know for sure that the piece you would like fitted is appropriate for the piercing service, please either contact us via our contact form, or book a free piercing consultation.

I cant decide which jewellery that I want & would appreciate some advice?
That is not a problem. Here at Onyx we pride ourselves on both our body piercing knowledge and knowledge of quality brand jewellery options. Either get in touch with us though our contact form if you have a specific request or book yourself a free jewellery consultation today!
The piece of jewellery that I would like is ‘Not in Stock’ online, would it be possible to order it in?
If for any reason the website says that a piece of jewellery is out of stock, you may still have the option to purchase as a Pre-Order, depending on the item. There will be a length of time specific to each individual brand’s timescale, listed on the product page above a button labeled ‘Pre-Order’.
There is a jewellery piece that I would like that is not listed on your website, would it be possible to order?
Yes, we are happy to place custom orders for jewellery that we don’t currently have in stock. We may have one on its way and would be able to let you know as soon as its in-stock. Alternatively we may need to order it in, with a 50% deposit at time of ordering.
Is all of your jewellery body safe and implant grade?

What is the difference between faceted & cabochon jewellery?
Cabochon is a gemstone that has been shaped and polished into a shallow smooth dome. A faceted gemstone has geometrically arranged, flat surfaces. When expertly cut, facets not only create beautiful patterns on the gem, they also help it shine.
